Hotel Guest Register

Guests register for a 4-star hotel based on an MS-Access database. Project goal was most simple operation for untrained staff (KISS principle - "keep it simple") and rapid deployment within 2-3 weeks. The application supports the existing hotel reservation system by greater flexibility and customizability.

• management of addresses and contact information customized to clients requirements

• user manageable classification, categorization and evaluation tool

• mail merge function by templates, labels

• tool for database settings (defined categories, classes, etc.)

• export interface via MS-Excel
