Project goal was the transformation of an existing "flat-file" database solution ("Q&A Write") into a modern relational database system (RDBMS) with a high level of flexibility. The old system created in DOS-era was technically outdated and no support for newer operating systems was available.

Client/Server system under MS-SQL Server 2000 and 5 desktop workstations under MS-Access 2002 / Windows XP. After 4 years migration to Office 2007 took place.
